TermsPilot is a one-founder company. I'm Bhavin Gopani, and I build TermsPilot together with AI tools that handle the heavy engineering — which means support emails come straight to me, and product decisions happen in days, not quarters.
Why this app exists
In April 2026, Shopify did something big: it opened native B2B — company profiles and net payment terms — to every paid plan, not just Shopify Plus. Overnight, hundreds of thousands of stores could offer "order now, pay in 30 days" to their wholesale buyers.
But offering terms is the easy half. The hard half is what happens after the invoice goes out: knowing who owes you what, chasing late payers without being rude (or forgetting), and deciding whether a buyer who's already behind should get their next order shipped. Shopify's built-in tools stop early — reminders max out at five emails and go silent 30 days past due. The forums are full of merchants asking for the missing piece.
TermsPilot is that piece: the receivables side of Shopify B2B. It completes Shopify's native setup — it never replaces it, and it never touches the money itself. No lending, no payment processing, no storefront changes.
How we work
- Honest first. Our own homepage tells you when you don't need us. Our forum answers say "no app needed" when that's true. We'd rather earn trust slowly than installs quickly.
- Small and fast. One founder, no investors, no sales team. Support mail (support@termspilot.app) gets answered same-day.
- Built on evidence. Every feature exists because real merchants asked for it in public — not because a roadmap slide needed filling.
